Baby Bundles of Love Linen
After so many enquiries for our fat quarter Bundle of Love, I could not resist offering a different collection – perhaps for those of you new to counted linen projects. This time I have collected more of my favourite linens but cut smaller pieces and also selected a variety of thread counts (in other words, one of these fabrics is less fine and therefore it is easier to see where you are placing your stitches!)
Each piece measures 18in square, and there are four pieces in the bundle – three pieces of Cashel 28-count evenweave linen in unbleached, stone and cream and one piece of unbleached Dublin 25-count linen. Your bundle will be tissue wrapped and boxed so perfect for a stitcher’s gift.
Each bundle also includes a ‘Treasure Scrap’ of linen with some sample stitches still attached to one of my gold-plated needles – if you have never stitched on linen before, you have no excuse for not picking up the needle!

The story of this little treasure
My love of linen is such that I have dedicated a whole area of this site to it. I hope you feel the way I do. Over the past 30 years I have stitched on an enormous range of fabrics, both on linen in a variety of thread counts and on easy-care evenweaves and Aida fabrics. But linen is my love. I have travelled much in the past 20-odd years and been fortunate to visit linen factories and mills and nothing has changed my opinion. It is a wonderful fabric on which to stitch and I would really like you to share this pleasure.
