Made from velvet, satin and felt, this is very unusual. The front section has been hand painted with tiny flowers and I have tucked two small gold-plated needles inside to complete it.
The needlebook measures 2 x 1.25in (5 x 3cm) when closed.

The story of this little treasure
You will have seen that visit a shop Betty and Violet about once a month and I must say that this is to treat myself rather than you! I know that the owner Ally Hocking spends much of her time hunting for needlework treasures – and I am so pleased she does.
