Little Blue Ship Scissor Keep/Pincushion

Single-sided stitched scissor keeper worked on cotton Jobelan fabric using cream silk stranded thread. These very attractive painted scissors are attached with a twisted cord and a pair of hand-crafted Dorset buttons. The scissor keeper is further decorated with a knotted tassel.

It will be supplied in tissue and gift boxed with three pearl pins.

This nautical marvel measures 2.5in (6.5cm) square.

Scissor keepers have been popular for many years and can vary in size and design, depending on the skill of the stitcher.
