Sweet Treasure Folded Pocket

I used this sampler as a teaching tool before edging it with a folded hem and giving it a silk lining.

I have refolded the completed project to create a pocket which would make a perfect specs case or home for your phone.

It has a twisted cord closure and measures 6.5 x 3.5in (16.5 x 9cm). This treasure is supplied wrapped and boxed.

I designed and stitched this pretty band sampler just for the pleasure of doing it. I have mentioned that band samplers are a particular love of mine and enjoy the design and the stitching process. All the motifs on this piece were to be found within my own collection of embroideries and the colours are from my personal palette. I used this project as a linen class here at Pinks Barn and I know my class members loved it.
