A Snowdrop Walk

It was a glorious day and I have never seen such a carpet of snowdrops.

Today Bill and I walked our cockerpoo Monty along a lovely road just outside Fairford where, if he is lucky, he will see some croaky pheasants who will need sorting out! 

It was a glorious day and I have never seen such a carpet of snowdrops and I wanted to share them with you. I must admit to picking these very few flowers to light the gloom in the kitchen when the clouds and rain arrive. It looks as if the really cold weather has receded a bit and we can all look forward.
