Secret Inheritance Linen Fat quarter

This linen and cotton mix fabric has been printed here in the UK using patterns from my ‘Secret Inheritance’. These flowers and little creatures and bugs are all imagined from 16th and 17th century samplers and tapestries and combined from all the designs to create this special unique fabric.

Each fat quarter of fabric measures approximately 26 x 19.5in (66 x 50cm).

When I cut these pieces I am careful to manage the pattern so these sizes may very slightly

My unique linen mix fabric is now available but still in small quantities. There is a long story behind this and some of it I cannot tell you until later in the year! Suffice to say, I have inherited a sewing box which I am covering in counted embroidery and this has to be ready for Mrs Parkman’s Academy of Needlework event in October 2025 where I am teaching an hussif project.

I cannot tell you how much I have enjoyed designing all these attractive panels for my sewing box and then creating the pattern for the fabric.
